1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the baj vip platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and baj vip. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Verification

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Withdrawals

Currency

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will automatically forfeit the previous bonus.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on baj vip, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of account balances:

7 Game Rules and Fairness

8 Account Suspension and Closure

baj vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it determines that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform. In most cases, baj vip will provide notice of suspension or closure to the email address associated with the account, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Pending withdrawal requests that were submitted prior to the closure request and that comply with all applicable verification requirements will be processed in the normal timeframe. Account balances that are legitimately yours and have been verified will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being approved.

Self-Exclusion

Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available in account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 5 years, or permanently.
